• Eligibility: Open to legal homeowners, 18 years or older, with residential properties only. Homeowners must reside within K-Guard Heartland’s service territory, which includes all of Kansas and Missouri.
• Mail-In Entry Option: To enter the sweepstakes by mail, print your full name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3×5 card and mail it to: K-Guard Heartland Klogged Gutters Sweepstakes Attn: DW Creative 6801 W 107^th St, Suite 105 Overland Park, KS 66212, Mail in entries must be postmarked by November 17^th, 2024, and received no later than November 20ths, 2024. Limit one entry per household.
• Additional Costs: Any additional costs required to upgrade existing structures or to bring the installation up to necessary specifications will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
• Credit for All Entrants: All valid entries will receive a $500 credit towards a new K-Guard Gutters system installed by K-Guard Heartland. The installation appointment must be booked by 5/1/25.
• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Entry Limitation: Entries are limited to one per household. Multiple entries from the same household will result in disqualification.
• Use of Winner’s Information: The grand prize winner must allow K-Guard Heartland to use their name, photographs, and property images for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to the company’s website and social media platforms.
• Technical Issues: K-Guard Heartland is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to system errors, internet issues, or any other reason beyond their control.
